Energy Work/BioMat Session

Service Description

We carry around so many different types of energy - our own experiences and reactions, what we pick up from others, collective emotion. This can settle in our bodies and minds, and manifest in challenging ways. In the first half of this session, attention is focused on any specific area you need addressed, be it a physical, emotional, or spiritual issue. I use the energies around us and within us to hold space for you to shift and clear the blockage, or simply clear out the negativity we all pick up in our day-to-day-life and replenish with Divine Love. In the second half of the appointment, you will spend an additional 20 minutes on the BioMat in dim lighting and supportive music, integrating the healing energies and rejuvenating. Masks are required.
